Which areas do you service?
We are based out of Geneva, IL. but frequently travel for clients in the surrounding areas of the Chicago suburbs.
- Clients outside of a 60 min. round trip radius will be subject to a small travel fee. Please reach out to find out if we will service your area.
- We also offer virtual consultations to any location.
Are there any spaces you do not service?
While we strive to help as many clients as possible, there are certain environments we are unable to safely service, including:
- Homes with significant health hazards (e.g., mold, smoke exposure, or other unsafe conditions)
- Areas where standing upright is not possible (such as certain crawl spaces or attics)
- Spaces requiring specialized cleaning beyond our scope of organizing and decorating services
Our goal is always to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for both our clients and our team.
What are your methods of payment?

We do not take credit card at this time.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes! Referrers will receive a $50 credit toward future services with The Polished Nest Chicago for each new client they refer.

Eligibility
- A “new client” is defined as someone who has never booked a service with The Polished Nest Chicago before.
- The referred client must mention the name of the person who referred them at the time of booking for the referral to be valid.

Credit Use
- Referral credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the original referrer.
- Credits may be applied to any home organization or home décor service.
- Each credit is valid for 24 months from the date it is issued.
- Multiple credits may be combined and used toward a single service, but no cash value will be given for unused portions.

Limitations
- Credits cannot be applied to past invoices or services already rendered.
- The program is intended for personal referrals only; self-referrals are not eligible.
- The Polished Nest Chicago reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without prior notice.

- By participating in the referral program, both the referrer and referred client agree to these terms and conditions.

Do you source organizational materials and décor?
Yes! As part of our services, we can recommend and source storage solutions, organizing products, and décor pieces tailored to your space, style, and budget. Whether it’s bins, baskets, shelving, or finishing touches that bring your vision to life, we handle the research and shopping so you can simply enjoy your beautifully organized and styled home.
What do you do with items I'm donating?
We’re happy to help coordinate your donations as part of the organizing process. Once we’ve identified the items you’d like to donate, we’ll:
- Sort and pack them for transport.
- Recommend local charities or donation centers that align with your preferences.
- Arrange drop-off or coordinate pickup services (when available), so you don’t have to worry about the extra step.
Our goal is to ensure your unwanted items are given a second life in the hands of someone who needs them, making the process simple and stress-free for you.
